Returns
What is the process for returns?
Returns for Workplace Deliveries: Drivers cannot process refunds. Refunds can be processed by calling or emailing Hill's Customer Service at 1-800-354-4557 or customerservice@hillspet.com. Once a refund request has been received, you can dispose of your product as you see fit.
Returns for Home Deliveries: Contact your Hill’s Customer Service Representative at 1-800-354-4557 Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Central Standard Time and they will assist you with your refund request. The credit will be applied to the original form of payment used for your Hill’s Pro Staff Feeding purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Once you have received your refund, you can dispose of your product as you see fit.

Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order within the first 10 minutes of placing an order on the Order Confirmation page if desired. After 10 minutes an order may not be canceled. Customers may Contact Us or call toll-free from anywhere in the United States at: 1-800-354-4557 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday if further support is needed.
Refunds
Returns are processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days once initiated.
If you have not received a refund 10 business days after your original request, please Contact Us for additional assistance.
